Scope and Definitions
The following Sports Betting Rules govern Bw777 interactive sports betting products and services offered to End Users who hold a Bw777 betting account. They form part of the Operator's General Terms and Conditions. Where these Rules differ from the General Terms, the General Terms prevail. The reference language for these Rules is English; in the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall control. An event means an organized sports match or contest between two teams or between individuals that is offered for betting on the Bw777 platform.
General Betting Information
All betting information provided by Bw777 is supplied in good faith. Bw777 disclaims liability for errors or omissions in respect to dates, times, venues, competitors, odds, results, statistics, or any other Betting Information. Bw777 reserves the right to amend apparent mistakes and to determine final market outcomes when necessary. Bets are only valid when the market is open and the customer is eligible to place bets under the prevailing terms.
Bets, Acceptance, and Transaction Evidence
-
A bet is valid only if there are sufficient funds in the customer’s Bw777 account at the time of acceptance and the bet is accepted by Bw777 servers.
-
Each valid bet receives a unique transaction code or identifier. Bw777 is not liable for the settlement of any bets that lack a valid transaction code or that are not issued with a timely transaction record.
-
Settlement relies on official statistics where available. If official statistics are unavailable or there is credible evidence of inaccuracy, Bw777 may rely on independent evidence. In the absence of consistent independent evidence or in the presence of significant conflicting evidence, Bw777 may settle bets based on its own statistics. The operator’s decision on settlement is final and binding.
Timings, Start, and Time Standards
All times published on Bw777 related to markets are the times at which the market is opened or closed. All times stated on the website and by Bw777 staff relate to UK Time unless stated otherwise. For events that begin earlier than the scheduled start time, only bets placed before the actual start are valid for markets not designated as live. Bw777 reserves the right to void bets placed after the start time on any market that is not closed or suspended at the correct time.
Abandonment, Postponements, and Change of Venue
-
If an event does not start or finish as scheduled, all bets are void except for markets that have been unconditionally determined at the time of abandonment or postponement.
-
If an event starts on schedule but is subsequently abandoned or not completed within the defined timeframe, only bets on markets already unconditionally determined shall stand; the remainder are void.
-
In the event of a change of venue, all bets on the match are void unless otherwise specified in the specific market rules. Bets on non team events may remain valid if the market has already opened prior to the venue change.
Settlement, Official Results, and Evidence
-
Markets are generally settled after the event has concluded. Bw777 may settle certain markets for customer service purposes before the official result is declared; such settlements may be reversed if settled in error.
-
Official results from the relevant governing body or event organizer govern the final outcome. If there is a conflict between official results and Bw777 results, Bw777 will rely on its video records and event materials as the primary reference. If no video material is available, Bw777 will rely on the official result as declared by the event organizer. Bw777’s decision regarding the final result is binding.
-
In cases of inconsistency between the official result and results displayed on Bw777, Bw777 may use available video materials to determine the correct result. In the absence of video material, the official result from the governing body controls.
-
Dead heats are settled by dividing the stake among winners as prescribed by the market, with the remaining rules applying as appropriate to each market type.
The following market types are available subject to the specific event betting rules published for each market. When a market is offered, Bw777 shall publish the applicable terms and any exceptions. Where a market allows multiple selections, all selections must be correct for a win unless the market specifies otherwise.
-
Outright — betting on the winner of an event, race, or tournament, including markets opened at any stage. If a participant does not start, related outright bets are void.
-
Moneyline — bets on the winner of an event or on who will outperform the rival according to the market definition. The expression The Field refers to all participants not specified in the market.
-
Handicap — a virtual adjustment of the score or points for one side, with the winner determined after applying the handicap to the final result.
-
Asian Handicap (In-Play) — settlements reflect the score at the applicable portion of the event after the bet is placed, disregarding goals or points scored before the bet.
-
Over/Under — bets on the total goals or points, settled against a defined threshold.
-
Odd/Even — bets on the total number of points or goals resulting in an odd or even figure.
-
Correct Score — bets on the exact final score of the event or a specified subset thereof.
-
Half-time/Full-time — bets on the outcome at half-time and at full time, excluding extra time unless stated otherwise.
-
First Goal / Last Goal — bets on which team or participant scores first or last; a non scorer shall be treated as no goal for market purposes when applicable.
-
Team/Player Props — bets on specific events or statistics for a participant that must occur during the event for action.
-
Corners — bets on the total number of corners awarded, with corners awarded but not taken not counting for settlement.
-
Replacement and Non-runner Handling — if a selection is a non-runner or void, the market handling will adhere to the specific market terms; in many cases such selections are treated as void with stakes adjusted accordingly.
-
In-Play or Live markets may be suspended or halted by Bw777. Bets placed after a market is suspended or after the known outcome is gained may be voided or rejected at Bw777’s discretion.
-
If the final outcome becomes known or if the operator cannot validate the outcome due to missing data, Bw777 reserves the right to void bets on the affected market.
-
For markets where a participant gains a material advantage or the event outcome is known before settlement, Bw777 may void or suspend bets as appropriate.
-
All results in live markets are subject to post event review and may be revised if a discrepancy is found in official data, video, or records.
Cash Out allows customers to settle a bet before the event concludes, either in full or partially. The cash out amount is offered at Bw777’s discretion and may be higher or lower than the original stake. Cash Out availability is indicated by a cash out icon on eligible markets. If a cash out request is successful, the settled amount is returned immediately, and the final result of the bet has no bearing on the cash out value.
-
Partial Cash Out is available on eligible bets via a slider or equivalent control. The remaining stake is settled according to the final result of the event.
-
Free bets, and certain offers, may be excluded from Cash Out. Cash Out may be amended, suspended, or removed for any event, fixture, or market at any time.
-
Bw777 is not responsible for any technical failure that prevents Cash Out from being executed; where Cash Out is unavailable due to technical reasons, bets will stand as originally placed.
In the event of a non-runner, void option, or palpable error, Bw777 will settle according to the market rules and the final outcome available from credible sources. An obvious error results in voiding affected bets where the odds or terms are materially incorrect or inconsistent with the market or the general probability of the event. Bw777 will endeavor to notify customers when possible, but cannot guarantee prior notice for all errors.
Disputes regarding bet placement, settlement, or times will be resolved using Bw777's internal transaction logs and event records as the ultimate authority. Bw777 may suspend settlement on any market if uncertainty exists. The operator’s decisions regarding disputes are final and binding.
Bw777 reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time for any reason. Any change is binding and effective immediately upon publication on the Bw777 platform. Customers are responsible for reviewing the current Rules before placing bets.
These Rules are governed by the law applicable in the operator’s licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts or through the operator's approved dispute resolution process.
